The following are a few of the most commonly asked questions we get from potential new clients. We hope these will help you better understand how a relationship with CC Building by Design works.
WHAT DO YOU CHARGE?
Depending upon our contractual agreement with you, our firm charges in several different ways. Some jobs are bid to you on a flat fee basis, other work will be charged on an hourly basis. We will make certain you understand what all fees and charges will be for the work we do for you. In some instances we also earn a commission or markup on products purchased for use in your project.
HOW MUCH WILL MY JOB COST?
We really cannot give you a "guesstimate" on any job. For any project we will prepare a detailed estimated budget which will list all anticipated costs to the client. We have a long history of accurately costing out such items as labor, materials and other project items and will be able to provide you with this information before you sign-off on the actual project work to be done.
WHAT STYLE DOES YOUR FIRM UTILIZE?
CC Building by Design utilizes "YOUR STYLE". We have no "signature style" of our own, but produce work in whatever style is agreed between us will best meet the needs of your individual project. |

HOW DO WE BEGIN A PROJECT WITH YOU?
We will first provide you with a complementary one-hour consultation during which we can discuss your specific needs and dreams. This meeting will offer you the opportunity to determine if you are comfortable with us and to ask any questions you might have. The meeting will provide us with most of the information we need to be able to provide you with a project agreement and budget. You will also be provided with our "Client Package" at this time, which provides full details on the working and financial relationships we maintain with our clients.
Only when you are fully satisfied that CC Building by Design will be able to provide you with the needed expertise to bring your dreams to fulfillment will we move toward a successful project development - TOGETHER!
